Shipping & Return Policies
Billing and shipping address must be the same.please make sure you are entering the correct billing address associated with your bank card . If the billing address is not correct your payment will not be processed. We do not ship to P.O boxes. once products have been shipped with shipping company we are no longer responsible for the package being damaged, lost or stolen.
Orders may take 5-7 business days to process. After orders are processed you will receive tracking information on your order via the email provided. Please understand that orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Please make sure contact information is correct so emails do not bounce. Shipping takes 2-7 business days.
We offer a return policy on unopened hair extensions and products only.Returns must be made within 7 days of your receiving your order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase when you receive your products we are more than happy to provide your with a return or exchange on products that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. We are not responsible for hair extensions that have been custom colored, bleached, or dyed.
You must contact us first before refunding your package via call or text at 347-607-2386 during business hours (11am-8pm) or via email at londonbstyles30@gmail.com within our 7 day return period. ALL HAIR EXTENTIONS MUST BE SHIPPED BACKED UNOPENED IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND THE PACKAGING MUST NOT BE DEFECTED IN ANY WAY OR A RETURN WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Hair extensions are considered to be hygienic therefore we do not ofer any refund or exchanges if the Londonbstyles hair seal on the bundles has been broken.
If a refund is provided you will receive a refund in full excluding the shipping cost to your original payment method after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the products hair not been opened or tampered with. Refund are normally issued within 3-7 business days back to your bank card .
